To migrate to our new IMAP-based Webmail, please follow the steps below:
Click here to migrate your webmail folders and mails (enter your full email address when prompted).
You will be prompted to save a CSV file containing all emails in your current Addressbook, please save it somewhere to import into the new webmail (or click here if you need to save it again).
To import your Addressbook, log in to your account and perform the following:
Click on the "People" icon in the upper right corner (2nd icon from the left)
In the next screen, click on the Import button (leftmost icon)
In the next screen, select the CSV file downloaded earlier and click the Import button below the file upload field.
Upon completion and verification that your mails and addressbook are migrated successfully, click here to prevent further unauthorised access.

20 Nov 2016: Individual account "white-lists" - accepting of emails that have passed general validity checks and originating from specified addresses. Configuration is found in the same Settings section as the block-lists. For the first time, we've started to reject emails based on our anti-spam filters and scoring - the current threshold in place should reject only spam, and if legitimate emails are blocked, users can use the white-list feature (above) to accept mails from specific senders.
1 Sep 2016: Individual account "block-lists" - blocking of emails originating from specified addresses or containing specified words in the subject.
Click on the "Cogwheel"/Settings icon in the upper right corner (leftmost icon)
Click on the "Set Block-lists" section in the submenu on the left
In the next screen, specify the list of email addresses (or part of), and the list of subject keywords
